Four of Dubai’s biggest attractions have opened within eight days: Dubai Parks and Resorts on 7 October, Miracle Garden on 8 October, Safari Park on 12 October and Global Village today, 14 October. But only some of the new attractions in Dubai are genuinely new; most are seasonal reopenings. Below: the new attractions in Dubai that opened, what is actually new, and entry prices where confirmed.
October is Dubai’s big reopening month. The outdoor season restarts after the summer closure, and operators use it to launch new rides and experiences. This roundup separates the genuinely new attractions in Dubai from the seasonal comebacks, with dates, prices and booking notes for each. For the full year-round list, see our guide to things to do in Dubai.
| Attraction | Status | What’s genuinely new | Entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Global Village, Season 31 | Opens today, 14 Oct 2026; runs to May 2027 | New season theme ‘A More Wonderful World’; 29 pavilions | AED 25 Mon-Thu, AED 30 Fri-Sun |
| Dubai Parks and Resorts | Reopened 7 Oct 2026 | NEW: bowling and Lamborghini racing simulators at Riverland; new Motiongate live shows; T-Rex Glamping returns | Not confirmed for the new season; check the official site |
| Dubai Miracle Garden, 15th season | Reopened 8 Oct 2026 | Seasonal reopening; refreshed displays, nothing structurally new announced | Tickets on sale; price unconfirmed in this week’s coverage |
| Dubai Safari Park | Reopened 12 Oct 2026 | NEW: Royal Safari Experience, a 4-hour private tour for up to 10 guests | Standard entry and tour price not yet published |
Global Village opens its 31st season today, Wednesday 14 October 2026, at 6pm, and runs through May 2027 under the theme ‘A More Wonderful World’. Entry is AED 25 Monday to Thursday and AED 30 Friday to Sunday, according to Khaleej Times, and VIP packs are sold only through the official Global Village site and coca-cola-arena.com.
Among the new attractions in Dubai this month, Global Village is the most time-sensitive: it opens today, so expect heavy crowds this weekend. Read our Global Village Dubai guide before you go; the 29 pavilions take a full evening.

Dubai Parks and Resorts reopened on Wednesday 7 October 2026 after more than six months closed, bringing back Motiongate Dubai, Real Madrid World, Legoland Dubai and Riverland Dubai. The genuinely new attractions in Dubai are at Riverland: 14 attractions including new bowling lanes and Lamborghini racing simulators, plus go-karting, archery, axe-throwing and mini golf, according to The National’s interview with the operator’s CEO.
Motiongate has added new live shows, and the dinosaur-themed T-Rex Glamping stays have returned. Of all the new attractions in Dubai this month, the Parks need the most time: plan two days if you want the theme parks plus the new Riverland rides.

The Dubai Miracle Garden reopened for its 15th season on Thursday 8 October 2026, with 150 million-plus flowers across 72,000 square metres, according to Gulf News. Unlike the genuinely new attractions in Dubai this month, the garden is a seasonal reopening: the displays return each winter with refreshed arrangements, but nothing structurally new has been announced for the 15th season.
Tickets are on sale now through the official Miracle Garden site. Read our Dubai Miracle Garden guide for ticket prices, opening hours and how to get there.

Dubai Safari Park reopened on Monday 12 October 2026 with a new ‘Live More Wild Life’ platform across its six themed zones. The headline among the new attractions in Dubai is the Royal Safari Experience: a four-hour private guided tour for up to 10 guests with VIP treatment and reserved seating, according to Khaleej Times. The price has not been published yet.
Standard entry prices for the new season are also unconfirmed, so check the official Dubai Safari Park site before you go. Read our Dubai Safari Park guide for zones, timings and how to get there.
The openings do not stop in October. The 10th Dubai Fitness Challenge runs 31 October to 29 November 2026 (30 minutes a day for 30 days), and Dubai Fashion Week lands on 22 to 26 October at Dubai Design District, according to Khaleej Times.
Further out, two genuinely new attractions in Dubai are approved and on the way: Al Layan Oasis, a one-million-square-metre development with a 250,000-plus-square-metre lake, approved in February 2026, and the AED 500 million Umm Suqeim Beach redevelopment, per Gulf News. Neither has an opening date yet.
If you have one weekend, pair the Miracle Garden in the morning with Global Village in the evening from 6pm. Give Dubai Parks and Resorts two days: one for Motiongate and Real Madrid World, one for Legoland plus the new Riverland attractions. The Safari Park fits a half day; book the Royal Safari Experience only once the price is published. For visitors chasing the newest of the new attractions in Dubai, Riverland’s simulators and the Royal Safari tour are the two to watch. For how the seasons work, see our guide to the best time to visit Dubai.
Four big openings land within eight days: Dubai Parks and Resorts reopened 7 October with new Riverland attractions, the Miracle Garden reopened 8 October for its 15th season, Dubai Safari Park reopened 12 October with a new Royal Safari Experience, and Global Village Season 31 opens today, 14 October. Only Riverland’s new rides and the Royal Safari tour are genuinely new.
Genuinely new: bowling and Lamborghini racing simulators at Riverland Dubai, new live shows at Motiongate, and the Royal Safari Experience at Dubai Safari Park. Seasonal reopenings: the Miracle Garden’s 15th season and Global Village’s 31st season, which return each winter with refreshed lineups. That is the honest split behind the new attractions in Dubai this month.
Global Village Season 31 opens today, Wednesday 14 October 2026, at 6pm and runs through May 2027. Entry is AED 25 Monday to Thursday and AED 30 Friday to Sunday, according to Khaleej Times. VIP packs are sold only through the official Global Village site and coca-cola-arena.com.
It is a new four-hour private guided tour for up to 10 guests, with VIP treatment and reserved seating, launched when Dubai Safari Park reopened on 12 October 2026. The price has not been published yet, according to Khaleej Times, so check the official Dubai Safari Park site before booking.
