Etihad Mall is a free-entry community mall on Al Khawaneej Road near Mirdif, owned by Union Coop. Mall shops open 10am to 10pm daily and stay open till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, while the Union Coop hypermarket runs 6:30am to 2am every day. No metro line reaches the door: take bus F03 from Centrepoint metro station, or drive, as the car park is free and large.
Etihad Mall is a neighbourhood shopping centre in Muhaisnah 1, between Al Mizhar and Mirdif in eastern Dubai. Union Coop runs it as one of its six Dubai shopping centres, so the whole place is built around grocery shopping and daily services rather than big-brand retail. Start with our Dubai shopping guide for the full mall picture, then read on for the hours, the stores and the bus routes.

So how does Etihad Mall compare with the bigger malls nearby?
| Mall | Style | Public transport | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Etihad Mall | Community mall built around a hypermarket | Bus F03 from Centrepoint metro | A grocery run, a pharmacy stop and a cheap meal |
| City Centre Mirdif | The large regional mall of the Mirdif area | Buses 367, F10 or F60 from Centrepoint metro | A full day of big-brand shopping |
| City Centre Deira | Mall with its own metro station | City Centre Deira station, Red Line | Deira-based visitors who want metro-door access |
If you google Etihad Mall timing, you will see 6:30am to 2am, seven days a week. That is the Union Coop hypermarket’s clock, not the mall’s. The mall’s own shops open 10am to 10pm, and most guides say they stay open till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. A couple of guides say Thursday to Friday instead, so treat a late-night visit as worth confirming on 800 8889.
The hypermarket is the real anchor here: it runs 6:30am to 2am every day, and Union Coop’s Mirdif branch here was the first in the region to trial drive-through grocery shopping. The Life Pharmacy inside the mall, on the ground floor opposite the hypermarket, is listed as open 8am to 2am daily.

Three things keep showing up wrong. First, most guides still link etihadmall.ae as the official website. When we checked on Sunday 11 October 2026, that domain showed an “Account Suspended” page, so until it returns, use Union Coop’s own site or call 800 8889. Second, the 6:30am to 2am hours on Google belong to the hypermarket, not the mall’s shops, so do not plan a 7am shopping trip. Third, the most detailed guide ranking for this mall is about five years old and still mentions another mall as “scheduled to open by end of 2021”, so treat its store list as a starting point rather than a current directory.
There is no metro station at the mall. The nearest one is Centrepoint (shown as Al Rashidiya on older maps), the Red Line terminus, and from there it is a short bus ride.
Buses F39, F40, 31 and 63E also stop near the mall if you are coming from other directions. Bring a Nol card and check the live fare and timings on the RTA site at rta.ae or in the S’hail app before you set out.
By taxi from Dubai International Airport it is about 8 km, roughly 6 minutes and about AED 23 to 28. Driving yourself is the easiest option: the mall has a large free car park and sits right off Al Khawaneej Road, minutes from Mirdif and the airport road. For the wider transport picture, see our tourist transport guide.

The food court sits on the upper level and does exactly what a community mall food court should: fast food, pizza, dessert and crepe counters, and cafés at prices well below the big-mall food courts. Visitor reviews mention a Starbucks and several dessert outlets, and the mall also lists the sit-down Shakespeare and Co. for a longer meal. Eat here for a quick, cheap stop between errands, not as a dining destination.

If you are staying in Mirdif or Muhaisnah, yes: Etihad Mall covers groceries, a pharmacy, banks, salons and a cheap food court in one free-parking stop, and the Union Coop hypermarket is genuinely one of the area’s best-stocked. If you are a tourist crossing the city for a mall day out, skip it and head to City Centre Mirdif instead, or read our Mirdif Avenue Mall guide for the neighbourhood’s other shopping option. Start with our Dubai travel guide if you are still planning the trip.
Yes. Etihad Mall is a normal community shopping mall with free entry and a free car park. You only pay for what you buy: groceries at the Union Coop hypermarket, food at the food court, and the usual mall services such as salons and the pharmacy.
Etihad Mall’s shops open 10am to 10pm, with most guides listing extended hours till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The Union Coop hypermarket inside runs much longer: 6:30am to 2am every day. If you are visiting late at night, call 800 8889 first, as some guides list different late-night days.
Centrepoint station (Al Rashidiya) on the Red Line is the closest, but it is not within walking distance. Take feeder bus F03 from the station’s bus stop toward Mirdif West and get off at the “Muhaisnah 1, Etihad Mall” stops, a 2 to 4 minute walk from the entrance.
Yes, and it is the mall’s main draw. The Union Coop hypermarket at Etihad Mall is one of the co-op’s largest branches in the Mirdif area, open 6:30am to 2am daily, with groceries, electronics and household goods. There is also a Life Pharmacy on the ground floor, open 8am to 2am.
