Global Village Dubai Ticket Prices: What Season 31 Costs

Entry is AED 25 from Sunday to Thursday and AED 30 on Friday and Saturday, unchanged from last season according to Khaleej Times. The ticket covers the venue itself: cultural pavilions, shopping streets, dining areas and the regular entertainment. Rides at Carnaval and some attractions cost extra on top.

Season 30 drew a record 10.5 million visitors, so weekend evenings get packed. If your dates are flexible, a Sunday-to-Thursday visit saves you AED 5 a head and noticeably thinner crowds. The official Global Village website lists the current prices and any online-exclusive bundles.

Where to Buy Global Village Tickets (and the Scam to Avoid)

Buy from the official Global Village website or app, or at the gate. That sounds obvious, but it matters this season: Dubai Police has warned about fake sellers cloning official-looking sites to sell Global Village VIP packs. The rule is simple.

Regular entry tickets: official site, official app, or the gate. VIP packs: only from coca-cola-arena.com, nowhere else. If a social media ad or WhatsApp message offers you discounted VIP packs, it is the scam the police warned about. Report it through the Dubai Police eCrime portal.

Global Village Season 31 Opening Date and What’s New

Season 31 opens Wednesday 14 October 2026 at 6pm and runs to May 2027; the exact closing date has not been announced yet. The theme is “A More Wonderful World”.

New this season is EXO Planet City, a futuristic zone with an Infinity Mirror Maze, a flying theatre, a 5D cinema and simulators. Returning favourites include the Gardens of the World floral displays and Dragon Kingdom. Last season the park opened 4pm to midnight Sunday to Wednesday and 4pm to 1am Thursday to Saturday; this season’s daily hours have not been published yet, so check the official site before you go. If you are visiting in October, see our October events guide for what else is on.

Who Gets Free Entry to Global Village?

Three groups enter free: children under 3, visitors aged 65 and over, and People of Determination. Everyone else pays the standard AED 25 or AED 30.

Tuesdays are reserved for families and ladies, except during public holidays, which makes it the calmest evening of the week if you prefer a quieter visit. For first-time visitors generally, our Dubai travel guide covers the practical basics. For city-wide event listings, Visit Dubai is the official source.

Is the Global Village VIP Pack Worth It? The Maths

VIP packs run from AED 1,890 (Silver) to AED 7,900 (Diamond), with Mega packs bundling Dubai Parks and Resorts passes. One pack even hides an AED 31,000 cheque. They include priority Carnaval queues, restaurant reservations and VIP parking.

The honest maths: at AED 25 a visit, the Silver pack only breaks even after about 75 visits. Unless you plan to go weekly all season, it is a luxury purchase, not a saving. For most visitors, standard tickets plus arriving early on a weekday is the better deal.
